The network control uses the follwing subsets which are all connected to the PC (see figure below):
-a power supply with pulse-width modulation (PWM) technique (the pulse duration is controlled by the PC)
-a train detector which provides a signal when a train is present on a section (this signal is used for sound synchronisation)
-a current reverser controlled by the PC
-an audio amplifier which provides the sounds recorded on the PC in synchronism with the train movements .
In addition, the PC commands the switch movements, the section power supply and the semaphores.
